We did it. Just a few minutes ago the Affordable Care Act was ruled constitutional by the US Supreme Court. This isn’t just a victory for Democrats; it’s a victory for working families all across this country who are struggling to make ends meet. While families are celebrating the ruling, we know that the Tea Party is getting ready to take this fight to the halls of Congress.
Saturday is a crucial deadline. By then, we are required to report how much money we have raised this quarter. The media and beltway pundits will then use those numbers as a measuring post to decide how much support the Affordable Care Act has across this country.
